I need a full fledged video/audio capture card. I currently have a Asus V7700 Deluxe which has video capture, but it does not have onboard audio capture and that leads to the video and audio being out of sync.

Here are the cards that I am interested in, and I have read the reviews on them. However some review sites are in the manufacturers checkbook and I would appreciate your reviews and input.
1.
Happauge Win TV-PVR
2.
Dazzle Digital Video recorder USB
3.
Dazzle Digital Video Creator II

I will use a S-Video cable to capture the video and a left and a right RCA cable to capture sound. I can not use Firewire.

If there is any other card that I am overlooking, please let me know. MPEG2 capabilites and price under $260.00 is what I really want.

Thanks and please don't let this thread sink like the Titanic.

Hopefully people will soon tire of posting their 3D Mark2001 scores and help me out :(

Check out Pinnacle Systems. I haven't used the low end ones...only the DV500 (which has composite/s-video and audio in. It is very nice but around $1K. I think that they have some around the $300 mark.

Be prepared to waste tons of time and hard drive space editing video?if you could only see the bags under my eyes.
