Edit: I found another site that has the video (actually slightly longer version too). I'm not familiar with the site, but on the couple visits I tested, I saw no porn, gore, or other blatantly NSFW kinda stuff.

I haven't spent much time in off-topic lately, so not sure if this is a repost or not. I did a brief search and couldn't find it.

This video is NSFW based on language, but there is no gore or anything like that. It's an encounter between a white woman with her toddler and an agitated black woman that, I presume, was asked by the white woman to watch her language.

Link

If ever there was a time where I reaaaally wanted to punch a woman, and would have felt mostly justified in doing so, it would have been in this situation.

That would be great. If no alternate link, someone will eventually just close the thread. -Admin Pizza

Dude, NSFW doesn't begin to cover it.

Warning: full on NSFW topics including porn and photos of gore.

lol @ people with kids. I wouldn't care either. You don't want your kid to hear me curse in public, don't take your stupid kid out in public.
People with kids need to get off their high horse.

Oh and before I get called out for trolling -- I am not.

I semi agree with amdhunter, and what I find interesting is the link has "rude-black-woman" in it. I'm sure if this had been a white woman it wouldn't have said "rude-white-woman" The skin color doesn't matter for shit here, a woman was cursing her ass off with children around, I don't see they felt it so important to mention her skin color.

But the link's full of porn & gore pics/links so I probably shouldn't be surprised they played the race card.

Trolling or not, you have a pretty selfish opinion. You need to accommodate others in public just as much as they need to accommodate you. It's a give/take thing.

Just because your parents apparently didn't give a shit about you doesn't mean you shouldn't give a shit about other people's kids.

In principle, the black woman is in the right. She can say whatever she wants out in public. By the same token, the white woman can freely express her objections to the black woman's language, only the black woman is under no obligation to honor them.

In practice, however, it's obviously a bad idea to behave as the black woman did. If she has any complaints about negative stereotypes for black women, she has absolutely no grounds for them. She is creating them herself with her actions. It's really just sad that she doesn't get that.

***WARNING*** GORE AND SEX PHOTOS VISIBLE WHILE VIEWING VIDEO LINKED WITHIN

I haven't spent much time in off-topic lately, so not sure if this is a repost or not. I did a brief search and couldn't find it.

Be forewarned, this is a theync.com link, so it's very NSFW. This video is NSFW based on language, but there is no gore or anything like that, though there are some gore/sex pictures near the video viewing area. It's an encounter between a white woman with her toddler and an agitated black woman that, I presume, was asked by the white woman to watch her language.

If ever there was a time where I reaaaally wanted to punch a woman, and would have felt mostly justified in doing so, it would have been in this situation.

Edit: If anybody can find a link to this video from another host/site, without all the gore/porn surrounding the player, I'll gladly change the link.

My firewall blocks the site

Even though this was inside a privately owned restaurant? I suppose she can say whatever she wants until the managers/owners ask her to leave? This could be considered disorderly conduct perhaps?

Thread - OCNewbie links extremely nasty site in front of nerds on ATOT.

Seriously, "woman uses profanity to extremes in front of toddler at McDonald's" is nothing worse than the link you put up here.

It is actually against the law in certain states to use profanity in a public place... ;)

Yes.

Precisely. She has no unqualified right to be on private property, so the moment the property owner decides she is unwelcome, she is required to vacate the premises.

This could be considered disorderly conduct perhaps?
That is possible. It would ultimately be up to a jury of her peers to decide if she violated any statute or ordinance by her behavior, or more directly it would be up to any responding officer whether or not her behavior likely warranted her arrest. From what little I saw in the video, any officer called to the scene would likely just order her to disperse to defuse the situation.

I said in my post that I'd gladly put another link up if the video could be found elsewhere. That is where I found the video, and that is the only place I know of where I can link it from. I felt like I put sufficient warning (even revising it more after the first comment) as to the content you'd be faced with when clicking the link.

If she was white it would probably say something like "white trash", and I'm not surprised that you agree with amdhunter on this one. You both think you're black and you're both trolls.

you were probably her bf, just letting her rant like a mind blown idiot.

if i were there and someone was running their fool pig mouth like that i would be on the phone calling the cops to come get her for disturbing MY peace.
put her in the dry tank for awhile.

Here you go, read and learn:

If any person profanely curses or swears or is intoxicated in public, whether such intoxication results from alcohol, narcotic drug or other intoxicant or drug of whatever nature, he shall be deemed guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor. In any area in which there is located a court-approved detoxification center a law-enforcement officer may authorize the transportation, by police or otherwise, of public inebriates to such detoxification center in lieu of arrest; however, no person shall be involuntarily detained in such center."

I don't believe you, and here's why I don't believe you.

There are far more white trash people in America than black people, white trash typically act like this. So just by the shear outnumbering alone, what you're saying is nothing but a joke. I'm not saying there aren't a good number of black people who act like like this, but get the hell out of here with your "studies" You sound like an utter fool. I expect nothing less from ATOT though.

We live in a society. Society has "rules".

This could have easily turned into a comical tazer video.

The United States is only 12.4% black.

There's a lot more asshole motherfuckers in this country than 12.4%.
