I'm not shitting you, I thought exactly the same thing. Then I looked at the youtube video description and only then realized what the joke was.

I clicked the link expecting a tax-dodging Wesley Snipes leaping over white people in the middle of the street NBA Jam style.

Maybe some are calling for a ban because they had their hopes up the video would be what they assumed before they watched it just from reading the title. That would have gave them more ammo for their "see how black people act!" rhetoric. Imagine the let down when in fact the video is nothing what you'd expect it to be.
