Video Artifacting on P5B,Compatibility Problem?

I have been through 2 7900GTs and 1 7900GTX and they all have done the same thing. Once I play my gameCOD2 for 5-10 minute I start getting artifacts like crazy. It looks like baloons flaoating in the sky and then tiling and then it freezes. I check temps and the video card is only 53 degrees. My CPU temp never goes above 40 and NB is 40. I am using a FSP group fortran 500 w PSU and Corsair ram XMS PC6400 and the new 507 bios. I have reformatted 3 timea and installed all the latest drivers. I still get the same thing everytime. I also get lagging in 2D on my desktop. I had the same problem with each video card on a Gigabyte DS3. Is there something incompatible with the 965P chipset? This is driving me crazy. Is there a BIOS setting I havent changed that I need too? Any thoughts?
