Video Aperature size??? 64 or 256???

I have an option in my bios to set Video Aperature size at 64mb or at 256mb.

I have a P4 1.8, 512mb ram, and a GeForce Ti 4200 128mb 8xagp video card.

Should I set it at 64mb or 256mb? Would setting it one way ot the other give me better performance? Thanks!!!

I like to match the video memory size or half the system RAM, whichever is smaller.

(I never did figure out how to see a difference when I played with it.... just took it on faith 😕

1) That wasn't an option
2) It doesn't really matter, set it to either, might as well go for 64MB though, but performance hardly changes at all (maybe less than 0.1fps). Someone did tests and they were all pretty much equal, so it doesn't matter.
