I have a Video Capture/TV Tuner Card, but the software that came with it will not run in Windows ME. So.... I'm looking for some suggestions. I've tried a couple shareware programs but they are crap.
The Windows ME Movie Maker works GREAT. The only problem is that it ONLY ouptuts .WMV files, no MPegs or AVI files, which is what most people can use. If anyone can figure out how to convert .WMV files, or output to different formats, I would love to use Movie Maker, because it works quite well.
Other than Movie Maker, does anyone have any shareware or low cost suggestions? I don't need fancy options, just the ability to acuire video, do minor editing, and output in a file format of my choice.
