Vid card to match to my Pentium E5300 @ 3.0

I'm currently using a Radeon 3870 DDR3. My CPU is at 3.0 at stock voltage. I could always try to OC it more, but would really like to keep it at stock voltage. I'm running a 19" LCD @ 1440x900 but want to upgrade to 1920x1080. Ideas???

Yeah I would go along with the suggestions from the person above. The HD 5770 and GTX 460 1GB are great video cards. If money is a problem then get the 5770 but the 460 1GB is the one to get.

Your CPU will be fine for gaming at that speed, except for certain multicore-hungry games.
So I wouldn't be too upset about cranking the OC a bit further.

I used to have a 3870 in this rig. Then a friend passed me his 8800GTX for a few months.
The 3870 was holding me back even with my slow CPU.

So don't sweat it.

Yeah, GTX460 1GB is a good choice. Or perhaps an HD6870. I don't think that I would go any higher, with only a 3.0Ghz dual-core, but many games will probably be able to take advantage of at least that level of GPU with that CPU.

Or you could consider getting a C2Q chip too, for BF3.

Btw, E5200 would OC to at least 3.5Ghz, yours might do even more. (Had a friend with an E5200 @ 3.75, but slightly too high vcore apparently causes it to degrade. It's at 3.5 now, with lesser vcore.)

Yeah. Crysis got at least an extra 30% FPS. Though I remember the 3870 sucked at Crysis.
Still, even if I was CPU limited at certain moments, I could still crank the eye candy to the sky and enjoy a better experience than with the 3870.
So I expect the OP with his CPU and a nice card to kick ass.
