Vid card recommendation for dual monitor running powerpoint and video

I'm thinking 9800 Pro, but that may be too much for its purposes. There's a program called MediaShout that features animated backgrounds, which doesn't flow smoothly under a Shuttle box with onboard video. One monitor is DVI and the other is VGA.

For presentation I would go for a Matrox card. But only if it's not used for gaming at all.
