Hey all my gf2gts has been having wierd rendering difficulties in the last 4 months, when rendering images it seems like the mip mapping and the filtering is all screwed up... like it's really hard to explain it just seems like the detail has dropped a little since I've had it overclocked, now I have all settings in the games at max also I have all quality settings on high in nvmax... I also occasionally get flashing textures, and these problems remain when I drop her back to default.... so I'm thinking she's just about had her time what do you think?

You may have issue's due to remnants of previous drivers conflicting with your current set. I would remove all traces of previous drivers. I think there is a program called "Detonator Destroyer" for removing all current and previous drivers. From there you re-load your desired driver version.

And you may want to back-off a bit on your overclocking if you feel quality is being affected.

Just had something similar. Moved to a new case and my Kyro II started making a fuss - flashing tiles/textures, stripes here and there and small lock-ups in games that ran smooth before the move.

Turned the area around the Kyro was not very well ventilated in the new case. One hole and a fan later - back to normal.
In your case I'd clock back to normal, scout for dust or defective fans, and it was a good suggestion to flush the drivers :)

well it's not driver related cuz I used det destroyer before installing my new drivers.... and I wouldnt want the gts-v cuz it's a step down from what I have already... and it's not cooling related because I have excellent case ventillation.... 1 80mm fan blowin over the gf2 and a 120mm fan blowin over my cpu then I have a 120mm for the exhaust.... I just think she's showing her signs of age, seeing as it's been overclocked since day 1
