vid card oc issues with new nvidia physx drivers???

just wondering if any other people had similar issues

I oc with rivatuner or atitool and get a flashing colored screen - no matter the amount - haven't tried to uninstall yet but wanted to see if anyone else got that - I wanted to see if there was any direct difference on performance at all levels (oc and stock) with the new physx drivers but no....

I would uninstall. Between not being able to overclock, and the fact that I have "heard" (not seen for myself) of over all preformace loss using those drivers.... they just are not worth it.
