Vid card bios question

Is there an easy way to check/update the bios version of a video card? Also what would be the best version or how could you tell?

the bio version should be printed on a sticker on the back of your card

good point!!! I've just heard that some people have updated there bios and it droped the temps and what not. I've just installed my NV-78 water blocks in sli and will be doing my leak test soon so i'm sure the 5c max drop won't matter to me that much. THanks
