I just happened to catch this the other day on the Speed channel, what a great program, it basically takes you from the very beginnings of that particular make and walks you through the development of their cars from street to race vehicles.
On top of that, they take a few of the very rare models and drive the crap out of them on some very twisty back country roads.

I watch it every Sunday.
Alain De Cadenet is a hell of a driver too(he's raced almost everything), he looks like he's driving the nuts off those old, very expensive and rare cars, but really he's probably babying them more than I could if I drove them like an old lady.
Great show, one of the few reasons I watch Speed anymore.
