Let's see, facing a bunch of prison time for killings dogs and promoting a gambling ring. Marijuana is illegal, but I doubt he cares about the repercussions of getting caught with it.

Plus, he's on house arrest from 10pm-6am. Sounds like he's got plenty of time to blaze up. :p

The state is bringing very specific charges against Vick as to try to avoid anything related to double jeopardy.

no the state is not prosecuting the federal crimes. They are prosecuting the state statutes that he violated. Hence not double jeopardy. This is common.

Did he know he was going to get drug tested? I certainly never suspected that they drug test everyone in our prison system. I'm still not sure if they do, it seems like a huge unnecessary expense.

bah that's what i meant...but he studied Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of holistic medicine at the California College of Ayurveda and converted to Hinduism..not Botanical studies, sorry :p
