Vice City Problem--HELP!!!!

ok heres the deal i picked up this game wed. night came home and played it...then i put it in to play it tonite and it dont work...what i mean is...it loades up till it gets to the screen thats got all the little squares with pics in them and says GTA 3 Vice City...then once it gets to that screen my comp. just restarts its self EVERY TIME....i tryed uninstalling it, didnt work...i dont know what could have happened? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!
 
after you uninstall also delete the folder for it and rename the "GTA Vice City User Files" folder in My Documents, make sure nothing there is affecting anything...
