Vice City and Wingman Rumble Pad, Problem!

I have this problem with that stupid throttle, It causes the camera to contantly spin when on foot. Every time I start up Vice City the camera is spinning in circles. If I can get the throttle in the exactly right position it will stop. The problem is that the throttle is so touchy and the spot that makes it stop is VERY hard to get it to . I have spent 10min trying to get it in the right position and still cant get it....just turn the game off.

Does anyone know of a fix...or a way to disable that retarted throttle thingy majig?

If you can't disable it in the Vice City controls, maybe there's one of those Logitec Game Pad Profiles that you can use and customize.
