How much vibration should an Alpha 6035 create because mine vibrates so much that I can feel the front of the case vibrating without the front and rear case fans on.
 
It sounds like your fan is out of balance. Check for damage to the fan blades or some heatsink compound that might have gotten on a blade. Normally the fans do not vibrate to an extent that you could notice.
 
well vibration.. can be good...... in the right um.... errr. ways........ but in the computer......... just get a hammer. and start tappin on everythign that vibrates.......
