vibration and rubber screws

i am thinking to switch to rubber screws or maybe add rubber insulation pieces to current screws that hold cd rom and 120mm fan in place, hd will go inside zalman hdd cooler and it comes with all need hardware, any recomendation for the brand of the rubber screws or is there a better solution?
 
I use the black rubber pins from jab-tech.com - the part that goes into the case metal has a pretty wide gap so the fit is sloppy. So I backed mine with a washer on the outside of the case - not pretty, but effective...
