Vibrating Pixels and Artifacts

My system shows artifacts(lines at particular surface):
UT04
NFSHP2
X2
Chronchles of Riddick
Hitman Contracs(THe demo shows patches of dots in some places)
but mainly at particular places , lines in ut04 over edge of wall,small lines one after the other vertically,in X2 or something at a res of 1280 or something >1152 it shows a line moving with cursor.

My XFX 6600gt pci-e 128mb has been changed and the problem stil persists. Even reinstalled win xp.

Also,in Cossacks 2 and Rise of Nation there is an affect that the pixels are vibrating when the mouse scursor is moved.

How do I correct the problem?

sounds a little bit like pixel popping. you can't do anything about it. try turniing on AA and it might help with the edge stuff
