VIA vgart driver in win2k , performance issues?

I have a voodoo5 5500. I run win2k. I heard you can install a VIA 4.0 vGART for win2k on the kt133. Since the v5 5500 doesnt really use AGP that much, will this make any difference for me? If not i'm not even gonna bother installing it. But i wanna see if anyone else has tried.
 
Try the new 4.25a drivers ,so far stable as before & on my system that means rock solid.
