Via PLE133T chipset support ECC dimms?

Im looking at maybe purchasing a Gigabyte ga-6veml to pop a celeron 1.2 on for a headless server.
http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/products/6veml.htm
Trouble is this puter is going to be on 24/7/365 as its going to be replacing my old network server so really want to use ECC SDRAM dimms.
I really want to use this mobo as its Gigabyte and only costs about £53! 🙂
Gigabyte dont mention whether this mobo supports ECC or not though 🙁
Does the PLE133T chipset support ECC dimms?
If this mobo doesnt, could do with some recommendations for a fully integrated microATX mobo (Lan/Sound/VGA) that support Tualatins and ECC dimms.

Any help be greatly apreciated,

rockhard =)

As far as I can tell, it will run ECC DIMMS, but will not make use of the ECC function (ie. it will work just like normal SDRAM without ECC). As far as I can tell, value chipsets dont seem to support ECC (or the chipset and mainboard makers dont list it as a feature).

Is there a handy list of boards/chipsets that support ECC? Most blurbs from companies don't say one way or the other.

Thanks for your help guys 🙂
I thought it might be able to use ECC dimms but i really would like to use the ECC function of these dimms so was keen to find a mobo that supports it.
Anyways, ive found the perfect mobo 🙂
Its the Asus TUSI-M - Sis 635T chipset and has everything onboard and supports ECC dimms 😀
I used a CUSI-FX a while ago and was well impressed with its stability and features so trying the Tualatin uATx version will be a no brainer.
It puts a smile on my face to see such a feature packed little board for £50 🙂
Looks like the perfect board for a home server 😎
Heh, im going to have to sit on my hands when setting this mobo up as it be too tempting to try the 133fsb overclock 😀

regards,

rockhard =)
