I plan on purchasing this mobo...anything i should look out for?

I started having some stability issues, such as windows error messages and random reboots after running it a few hours and flashing the bios. I frankly would skip any boards with this chipset, and get one with the sis 645 chipset (I've owned 3 different boards with this chipset, and all were more stable than this via model). If you have a credit card, order online from someone like newegg. They have sis 645 boards starting at about $70; I just ordered an abit refurbished board for only $33 shipped just for a spare board. Glad I did, as I may return this one.

Also look at the Shuttle AV45GT2. It has the 5.1 C-Media sound card and USB2.0. Shuttle is know for good overclocking, so if thats what you are looking for check them out, and the C-Media sound card sound great to me.

Almost forgot the AV45GT2 has the newwer southbridge so it does ATA133.
