i have a via p4x266 mobo and it doesn't say who made it because of the lawsuits, it came in a yellow box and only says Via, anyone knows who makes them 😉
 
Well you're the first to buy one of VPSD (VIA Platform Solutions Division). Basically, VIA has hired other mobo manufacture's to make P4X266 boards, and then VIA buys them, and sells them under the VIA brandname. Go here and identify the mobo.
 
I also think it´s a VIA motherboard.
I´ve also seen Soltek 85DRV with P4X266 in sale but not listed on Soltek´s website... quite funny🙂

Which version do you get? VIA has 9 different P4X266 MB models. Is it as inexpensive as the Shuttle AV40 ($103 or so).

i bought it before via said it will be selling mobos with their brand that was only some days ago...

so it's not one of the new models they have in their website...
