VIA K8T800 versus NFORCE3 GB250

Hi everyone. I'm going to be upgrading to an Anthlon 64 3200 soon. But i am having a bitch of a time deciding which motherboard to get.

So far, he contenders i think are :

MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R VIA K8T800
MSI K8N Neo Platinum nVidia nForce3 250Gb
DFI Lanparty UT nF3 250GB
ASUS K8V SE Deluxe VIA K8T800
ASUS K8N-E Deluxe nForce3 250Gb

I've bene doign a lot of research.. and it looks like all of them offer good value. But... what are the exactly differences between the chipsets? Advantages? Disadvantages? RAM incompatibilities?

I thought i read somewhere that people have had problems w/ the MSI boards and RAM?

ALSO, anyone have any idea how much the new NF4 boards are gonna retail around?

i have a msi k8n platinum and mine has always run stable, without any issue. I have read sometimes they will give headaches with some memory, but i've been running corsair xms in mine for quite a while and i use it as a 24/7 pvr and a gaming machine when i want to game on a lan
