EPIA P720 is VIA's picoITX embedded motherboard. At 10cm x 7.2cm in size it's probably the tiniest thing out there that can run Windows, play HD content and do so while passivley cooled.
I will be grabbing one of these babies as soon as they are available for purchase for a project of mine. I'll be posting a mini review as well.
Update: the motherboard will not be in mass production till middle of November and it should start appearing at ITX retailers around that time. The on line retailer that supplies my work with embedded systems and components excepts the price point to be around $300.
