What about the IDE drivers, sound card drivers and the 4in1 drivers? How do I know if I will benefit from these?

Actually you do NOT want to download the latest Via AGP drivers, you have a AMD AGP bus and should leave the XP drivers intact on that... Downloading the Via 4-1 drivers won't hurt you're computer but if you have the option DON'T install the AGP drivers.. A miniport AGP driver for W2K is available from AMD but the driver in XP works fine, I wouldnt change it until until AMD comes out with an XP specific driver for the 761.... Anyone have any luck installing the win2000 miniport AGP with XP?

The Windows XP native drivers seem to be doing fine here too. I wouldn't install the latest AMD AGP miniport version unless you are having problems of some sort. DEFINITELY DO NOT INSTALL THE VIA AGP DRIVERS! (The other 4 in 1 drivers should be fine though).

After my XP install, the only MoBo related drivers I updated were the ones for the HPT370 Raid controller (and I don't think that was even really necessary)

I am so new to XP I've been reluctant to do much of anything. Which version of the AMD AGP miniport are you using that is working better than the XP native (I'd like to try it out)

I'm on a KG7-Raid with a GeForce3 (det. 21.83) Is this similar to yours?
