VIA AGP GART v4.03 same as v4.02 ?

I'll be recieving P3V4X soon and wonder if I should install the new VIA 4-in-1 driver v4.23.

Does AGP GART v4.03 gives the same performance as v4.02?

Ive noticed no differance at all but i have also noticed no bugs. In my opinion if there are no bugs you should always have the most recent drivers. As long as there are no bugs.

I agree with you...but we know what happened with the bad AGP GART driver before 4.02 which caused a big drop in performance (30-40fps drop).

4.03 will not cause that kind of drop?

4.03 in my perspective is better from what i have seen

Just my three cents:
With 4.02 Unreal would run in only one resolution which was really low. Any attempt to put it higher would result in a GPF.
Popped in 4.03...
and suddenly I can run it in 1024X768 with no problem.
I think 4.03 is wonderful!

I guess installing BIOS v1005 and AGP GART v4.23 is the way to go.
