VIA 4in1 patch for WinXP

Can anyone confirm if applying agp patch from the v4.33 4in1 patch increases performance in WinXP with a Geforce card?
 
There have been many posts about this already... there is also copious information on deja.com about this.

The VIA 4-in-1 offer nothing for WinXP at this point. If you install them you will see that only one file even gets modified. Wait for a version of the 4-in-1 to come along that is demonstrated to enhance performance.
