VIA 4in1 drivers uninstall?

I have the VIA 4in1 drivers, version 4.33 installed now. My motherboard is a Asus A7V-E. I just downlaoded the 4.34 drivers. Do I need to uninstall the old drivers before I install the new ones? Can I just install the new over top of the old?
