via 4 in 1? i've got 0 out of four

cannot install via 4 in one the computer crashes if i try and i have tried every combination of them. if i leave the three checkboxes white, the same happens

sorry for the delay.
it all started when a friend of mine told me that his 1.2+winfast geforce 2mx64 hanged up when playing 3d.
i don't usually play, so i tried to install and play a demo of... well don't remember which game , and it crashed as soon as i tried to play it (it jus entered the first screen and while trying to play demo images the thing hanged up).
i wrote a couple of threads asking for this and somebody told me it was a known feature of winfast+via, and that the solution was to install 4in1 without agp and then agp drivers by winfast.
tried it... to no result. The computer started setup and after some disk activity it crashed keeping it at the blue setup screen.
tried it disabling some via 4in1 options... no way
tried it disabling everything... much of a muchness
what's wrong?. The computer works really fine 2d, solid as a rock, it's just 3d-gaming (dunno whether 3d in general, cause have not tried 3d studio or something like that)
has anybody known of any bug concerning this particular hardware combination
is it perhaps a drivers conflict
btw temps are not to blame cause proper cooling is assured and it NEVER goes any further than 50ºc
help

yesterday i tried to play madonion 3dmark 2001 and it hanged at the screen where it says it is going to load the first test
