Via 4-in-1 Driver for Asus A7M266??

I recently installed my Asus A7M266 and the Asus CD-ROM included the Via 4-in-1 Drivers. Do I need to install these drivers? What do these drivers do? I'm running Windows 2000 Professional. Sorry I'm new to AMD and Via.

You do need to install them, but not all 4. Select manual install when you go to install.

You need the VIA IDE controller drivers, and the IRQ rooting driver, but not the AGP driver.
