VIA 4.25 are not FINAL.

They are not posted anywhere on any of the VIA sites. They are apparently leaked. This also explains the total instability under windowsME that developed this install (first time I used them)

I have 100% stability in Win ME using the 4.25's / 6.26 nVidia detonators / P3V4X

Not posted on VIA doesnt mean they're not final, they just arent released yet. Soltek released the 4.25s before VIA does, and that was basically it. Im using them with WinME right now and there wer no instabiilty problems.

So far No one seems to have problems with them including myself(I`m a gamer so they have gone through some tough testing)anyway don`t be surpised if Via make these drivers official anytime soon.

What's the difference with 4.24 and 25?

Things are running just fine with 24 so I'm not going to bother unless they're official, but if there's a significant boost somewhere, who knows.

They have been just fine for me. Before I couldn't let my computer go to sleep because my monitor wouldn't kick back in but now it will.

My Win ME is perfect. Have had no troubles, and it rocks speed wise. I am a gamer, and have the 4.25 4 in 1 drivers and have had vo problems-stability

I have a KT7/Duron/WinME system with the 4.24 drivers. I'm having horrible USB problems. The 1.08 driver won't even install, making it awful hard to use the printer and mouse on that computer! Does anyone know how to make this work? Do the 4.25's fix that, and if so, where can I get them???
