VHS Qualtiy Degraded...How Can I Fix It??

I have a few vhs tapes, and they have been through many generations and have lost color and sharpness. Are there any programs that will allow me to make the video look better?

thats the problem with magnetic storage...it wears out. short of having them professionally reconstructed Im noot sure there are any alternatives....

I've got a Sima Color Corrector which can help a little but I use it mostly to adjust the signal going into a projector.

Best thing to do with videotapes is keep your originals in a safe place, only playback the copies and make new copies as they wear out.
