VGA to S-Video/RCA Composite Adapter?

This place claims to have a VGA to S-Video/RCA Composite output. I thought this was not possible. Do you guys think that this is legit? Possibly not computer VGA but another type of VGA?

I'm trying to find a way to get my laptop to output to my television, but I only have a VGA out to a second monitor. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think this is for hooking up a projector, I don't think you can go VGA to TV without a transcoder. You can find more info on transcoders in the HTPC forum at www.avsforum.com, though you'll have to search for it.

Edit: Actually, if you have an ATI card, you might be able to get it to work. Again, there is more info on this at the above site.
