VGA silencer rev.3

Does the VGA silencer rev.3 cool your memory and your core or just your core? I want to know cause I don't wanna burn out my 9800pro

P.S. does anyone know why the hardforums are down they have been down for more than a day now.

It does Not cool your BGA memory on the card together. But, you would just have to purchase RAMsinks.
