i installed the VGA Silencer but don't remember which is for High and for Low (cuz the back is covered). do you flip it up for High or Low?

Apparently it's UP=high, and DOWN=low

I just installed mine last night, and I can't tell much of a difference between the two settings. The amount of air exhausted from the back of the case seems to be about the same, regardless of speed. So, I just selected the high setting and left it.

It's running great, though, as it let me push the core on my 9800NP from about 405 (using the stock cooler) to around 430-ish max.

Yeah, I notice a dif in airflow too. However, the reviews I've say there really isn't much dif in temps high vs low but man does that heatsink get toasty 🙂. I wish there was a medium speed though, I can hear the high speed over my system but the low speed is virtually silent.
