VGA output to TV

I'm running Windows MCE to a 60" 4:3 Mitsubishi display. The problem I have is that part of the image is cut off like in this pic... I tried using powerstrip to shrink the image but when I shrink it to where it looks ok, the display goes funny, (like when a monitor can't handle the frequency). So running powerstrip for a small improvement isn't worth it to me. Does anyone know of anything else that can fix this? Some kind of special drivers maybe? (oh yeah, it's an nvidia GeForce 6200 GPU)
