VGA Cooling Problem

I have a BFG ti4200 8x, its not even overclocked or anything
but when I touch the heatsink, it is burning hot for some reason.

this started only recently, I've had this card in my system for more than a year
I recently used a can of compressed air to clean off the dust and that's the only
think I could think of that I did anything with the video card.

I worked fine before, now icons and taskbars in XP are all messed up every now and then
and I just formatted my system and its still doing it.

Whenever I try to play a divx movie or a big video file, it takes forever to load and sometimes restarts my computer.

Is this just a cooling problem? What should I do?

Did you upgrade the drivers about when this started?

<--wonders about drivers overclocking automatically...

Yeah, I updated to the forceware 53.03
Does anyone know where I can find older versions
of the drivers for ti4200's?
