right now i have stock but it's getting noisy now. i would like to be silent and less expensive. any suggestion?

I don't know if there is any aftermarket coolers for X2900. If I'm not mistaken, Arctic Cooling released a cooler some time ago, but I wouldn't invest money in a card that old, if I were you. And what do you mean by "it's getting noisy now"? It was silent before, but it isn't now? Maybe the cooler has gathered lots of dust inside, so it needs to be cleaned to improve it's efficiency and reduce the fan noise.

Mine has always been noisy past 30% fan speed. It probably is just getting on the guy's nerves at this point. The card runs pretty cool, and in the right case, it can stay cool under load with the fan at 43%. Mine doesn't breach 51C under load. If you are playing games, the fan noise isn't so bad. I would invest in a better case if anything rather than waste money on aftermarket cooling on an old video card like the 2900 pro. But if you want to invest in aftermarket cooling no matter what, the link slow spyder provided is a good idea..

oh my case is coolermaster mystique, right now, its quiet but once i playing games...it start to rev up pretty loud...it wasnt doing that before

Maybe it's getting clogged up? Check for dust and clean it out a little.

Yea, if it wasn't doing that before and is now I'd get a duster can and blow out the heatsink/fan on the video card as well as clean up the insides of the case first.

Thirded. Also, if you're so inclined, try taking the heatsink completely apart, cleaning it all out, and applying some new thermal paste. It should reduce temperatures and fan noise.

You could also try re-writing the fan profile using a program like ATI Tray Tools as long as temperatures are acceptable.

 This worked well for me: my 2900pro had BIOS fan control settings that kicked up the fan speed far too quickly. IIRC silent below 55C at a low fan speed, and then stepping up to a noiser fan speed when a lower, quieter speed worked fine.
