Do they sell male-male VGA cables?

male is the one that you get from the monitor out right? and female is the one from the graphic card. (kinda hard to visualize with these connectors. 🙂
 
Yeah I'm sure they do. Some monitors (usually higher-end ones) don't have captive VGA cables. I'm sure someone will be able to find a place that has 'em.

what would you do with male to male cables? the only thing i can think of is maybe a vid card to vid card hookup but what would that accomplish?😕
 
My monitor's second input doesn't come with a cable. It's a female connector. I need the cable to connect it my Dreamcast.
