I'm missing it!
I had to go by the ATM Machine and put in my PIN Number to get some cash for my monthly Department Of Redundancy Department dues.

They're going to rerun the hell out of it.

But seriously, you didn't miss a thing. Quite possibly the WORST two hours of television I've ever watched. I kept watching because it's just a trainwreck that I couldn't look away from.

Most of the trailers and teasers sucked. A good majority showed canned CG footage. Some great games were announced: Mass Effect 3, Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim, Forza 4, Uncharted 3, etc. But, if you watched the VGAs to see any actual gameplay footage... well you wasted your time.

Do yourself a favor and skip watching it and just go to gametrailers.com and watch the "trailers" there.

I watched a few minutes when Dane Cook was doing one of the "best character" pieces... and he told 4 jokes that BOMBED. Dead silence. I kinda felt embarrassed for him.

Does this awards show still really suck? I watched part of it when it first came out and it was just horrible.

Wow... It was nice to hear the announcements, and see the trailers, but yeah... That show was awful. Even the audience wouldn't laugh at those jokes, and the celebrity presenters seemed completely uninterested in what they were doing.
