hi, i buyed this monitor viewsonic VG2230WM but i have flicker in the textures in games like Flight simulator X and 2004, some type of terrain flicker with this monitor.
i have a ATI 2900 XT and is connected with DVI, i tried with VGA and is the same problem.
my res is 1680x1050 and in the games too.
i tried Displaymate, and in the sharpness and resolution test, the screen flicker in the full resolution patterns, if i change the color to sRGB the flicker is gone, BUT not in the games !
before this monitor i have a benq fp222wh, i remember that this monitor dont flicker, but the colors are bad, and i changed to this viewsonic monitor.
and in some webpages the background flicker too
