Veyron runs out of gas in 12 minutes at top speed.

Now 210 isn't top speed but it can't last that long.

I am more surprised that the cop even tried, if I was the cop I would have just waited for easier prey.

I don't know of any cop that wouldn't haul your ass to jail for 200+. That is besides the fact that unless they had a buddy down the road to set up on you they would never catch you at that speed. By the time they even pulled out you would be long gone.
