Vexx Optics Sunglasses marketing?

I just got the new issue of autoweek, and in it is an add for Vexx optics sunglasses. The add says they are "free", you pay only P&H(package and handling) for each pair. Well, they average P&H charge is around 16 bucks per pair... The retail listed on the page for the glasses ranges between $80 and $210 dollars. I checked out their webpage at www.vexoptics.com(which looks horrible IMHO), and it looks as if they actually sell the glasses for their retail list($80 to $210) + P&H(arond $16). Is this some crazy marketing scheme to make you think their glasses are actually really awesome, and you are getting a great deal by only paying for P&H? They don't even list was the lenses are made out of, haha. Any thoughts? How much are these things worth?
