can I get a translation on this please:

"all these bullsh!t going on at all the fobs is making me want to drop the k-pot and pull out the barret. it is gettong out of control. when we are on fob and not on mission i would like to relax just a bit and not have some csm yelling at me and my guys cause he had his k-pot off while he was sitting having a smoke. mayhem such as this needs to end"
 
k-pot - kevlar helmet
barrett - .50 cal sniper rifle
fob - forward operating base
csm - command sergeant major?

No I am not on there either.

With this current situation in Iraq and Afghanistan for the last 3 years. Yeah, I believe anybody who is in the military already been oversea to fight a war or two.
