Thanks to those who have served. Take a minute to remember others who have served.

Fair seas and following winds

Er.....that would be fair winds and following seas, Chief. Goes back to the olden days of wooden ships, powered by wind in your sails. Fair winds drive you steadily across the oceans, following seas mean you're not climbing large waves, and dropping into troughs (smooth sailing). :whiste:

LMAO!!!! Guess I should have read that before posted. Never the less, it's far more important to thank those who have served and those currently serving. My father served in the Navy during the Korean war, I served in the Navy from 1978 to 1990, and my daughter currently is serving the Army (5 years). She returned this past August after serving a 1 year tour of duty in Afghanistan.
