VESA Mounting: any extra hardware needed?

I have order my monitor arms, and I have my VESA mount compliant monitors.

I am assuming I just use included screws with my monitor arms and mount directly to the VESA compatible monitors with no further kits, brackets, etc. needed?

But this is my first time, and I want to ensure I don't get all the stuff here this week and end up being unable to mount because I was suppose to have purchased some VESA mounting brackets, screws, kits or something that I am somehow missing.

Thanks for the help!

If the monitor and arm use the same pattern of holes, then it's just four screws. If they have different patterns then you might need an adapter. Monitor arms will commonly come with an adapter or two, so you shouldn't need to purchase anything extra.
