All my legacy games run with Vesa 2.0 (quake/chasm/duke3d/shadowwarrior/etcetc)

But I don't have Vesa 2.0 to install... Anyone know where I can get it?

Download the ScreenDoctor (formerly known as Prince.. err, UniVbe):

www.SciTechSoft.com

They support a number of oldest, old, and newer chipsets. I think they stopped developing the product as most recent videocards have native VESA support (I'm surprised yours doesn't).

Yeah, I put in the Xpert 98, and man... big surprise to me..

I wish I hadn't given away my S3 Virge 375 :/ At least I could run all non-OGL games perfectly :p

Is this not freeware :( Guess I'll have to fix it...

this is ATI's own free VESA 2.0 VBE for RageIIc, Rage LT and Rage Pro based cards, including ATI Xpert'98, found on ATI's support site (support.ati.com) under PC Downloads->Graphics Add-on cards -> Rage Pro -> Drivers -> VESA for games -> I Agree
