Very weird thing on my iphone 4

iphone 4 32 GB bought in late September. This is the thing; every time I write a note in the 'notes' on my iPhone 4 it gets automatically synced(same note appears in her 'notes') with my sister's iPhone 4 who is in the States while I'm in Canada. Same thing happens when we're both in the States on AT T network. I measured and measured this phenomenon and 'syncing' occurs exactly 3 mins after I type a note in the 'notes'.
We sync our phones on the same computers if it means anything. Is our FaceTime working glitchy and overtime, utilizing innate connectivity between iPhone 4s raping my notes?
Ok I don't know much about inner iPhone 4 mechanisms but I suspect that shouldn't have been happening. Thanks for any input on this one.

If you are using any of the same email addresses, that will push stuff.

We use same address on our corporate e mail. I still find it very weird, never heard of such a thing. Does it happen often? I couldn't find nothing on the web abut it. And what kind of a client s used to push my notes onto someone elses phone? I guess I'll save some money on messaging in that case

Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calenders ->"insert name of email here": then turn note syncing off.
