Very weird CPU and FSB Speeds on OC

So I started OC'ing the setup below and am trying to find the max stable FSB.
Currently running 2 instances of Prime Large FFTs at 6 X 495 = 2970 MHz. Prime has been running without any failures for about an hour now. Memory is at 800 MHz 5-5-5-18-2T @ default voltage

Intel Thermal Analysis Tool and CPU-Z show CPU Freq as what is set in the BIOS = 2970 MHz. Also, TAT Temps on both cores are at 48 degrees. CPU-Z also indicates the right Bus speed of 495 MHz and Rated FSB of 1979.9 MHz

Now, 2 other utilities are giving me very weird values:
1) Core TEmp: Says that CPU freq is 4455.12 MHz (742.52 x 6)
I am wondering where the 742.52 came from!!! Core temp here is 52 degress for both cores

2) Nvidia Monitor View: Shows CPU freq as 4456.073 MHz.
FSB: 2970.778 MHz
Memory: 1188.270 MHz!!! (And I haven't even touched the memory)
Core temp here is 57 degrees for both cores

Anyone knows whats going on here? 2 utilities showing the right values and two other utilities highly skewed! Weird.

Coretemp finds the total speed by multiplying your current FSB by the cpu's default multiplyer, then divides that by the cpu's current multiplyer to get those strange results. Nvidia Monitor View takes the FSB speed it gets by doing the same calculation as Coretemp and uses your current divider to find the memory frequency.

That's why people only trust readings from CPUZ.
