I just went to the Navy Exchange while visiting here in Yokosuka, Japan (been here 2 weeks) and was shocked to find today that they have a rack of blu-ray movies for $9.99 "on selected titles". Under $10 already, wow!

Anyhow, I assume this should be available at every Navy exchange, and possibly all exchanges. The movies available were not the 'best' examples of 1080p quality movies. I logged onto the NEX website (navy-nex.com) and was able to get a scan of this week's flyer:
